Rooted in the Fey family’s long connection with plants, the land and the craft of botanical distillation, our apothecary is a continuation of knowledge carried through generations.
Most of the plants we work with are grown on our own land at the foothills of Mt Kenya, tended slowly and harvested by hand when they are at their best. We also ethically wild-harvest from the surrounding landscape and source from neighboring organic farms when needed — always choosing plants with care and respect for where they come from.
From growing and gathering to copper distillation, every step is done in small batches and with intention. We work with the seasons, the plants and the natural rhythms of the land, allowing each hydrosol to retain something of the place from which it came.
Our focus rests on quality over quantity — honoring the plants, preserving the wisdom of botanical craft, and creating simple, beautiful hydrosols that bring a little of our land into your daily ritual.

HYDROSOLS
Our hydrosols begin with the plants themselves — grown, gathered and distilled by our own hands, in small batches and in rhythm with the seasons.
Each plant carries its own character, aroma and essence. Through gentle copper distillation, we capture its fragrant waters — a beautiful, living expression of the plant and the land from which it came.
For the skin, hydrosols offer gentle hydration and plant-specific care. But their place in our apothecary reaches beyond skincare. Their aromatic nature invites us to pause, breathe and reconnect — bringing the essence of the botanical into everyday ritual.
